In the summer of 2019 the Singer Lab conducted a field experiment to observe the effects of drought on microbiome of Panicum hallii, a model grass species. Throughout the course of the experiment, the group collected soil samples at various depths along the plant root and at separate time points. The experiment will be repeated in the EcoPOD upon its arrival.
